From the same vine as black pepper
Black and white pepper grow on the same Piper nigrum vine. For white pepper, ripe berries are soaked so the outer skin can be removed, then dried — leaving the pale inner seed.
Our white pepper comes from Idukki, Kerala, the same high-range district as our black pepper, and is cleaned and packed in Ghaziabad.
