Bibhakar Spices exports single-origin whole spices from Ghaziabad, India, to buyers in the United States, Russia and Europe, and is accepting enquiries from the UAE and China. For each market we prepare the labels, documents and registrations its import rules require, and ship by sea, air or courier from Indian ports.
Exporting spices to the USA
Bibhakar & Sons is registered with the US FDA as a food facility, which is required for exporting food to the United States. We file Prior Notice for every shipment, supply English labels that follow US food-labelling rules, and ship by sea to US East and West Coast ports or by air.

Exporting spices to Russia
Bibhakar Spices already sells in Russia under its own brand, with Russian-language labels, on Ozon and Joom. For importers and distributors we supply spices labelled in Russian for the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), with the documents needed for the EAC declaration of conformity, and ship by sea to Novorossiysk or St Petersburg.

Exporting spices to Europe
We have shipped orders to buyers in Europe, and European shoppers can buy the Bibhakar Spices brand on Joom. The EU sets strict limits for pesticide residues, ethylene oxide (ETO) and aflatoxins, so we test lots against EU limits on request and supply the documents your importer needs. Sea freight goes to Rotterdam, Hamburg or Antwerp.

Spices for importers in the UAE
We are accepting enquiries from importers in the UAE and across the GCC. Sea freight from India to Jebel Ali takes about 5–8 days, our shortest route. Buyers here look for bold green cardamom for Arabic coffee, plus cloves, pepper and cumin. We supply the documents and label artwork your importer needs to register products locally, with Arabic labelling arranged before sale.

Spices for importers in China
China requires overseas food manufacturers to be registered with the General Administration of Customs (GACC), and imported food to carry Chinese-language labels. Bibhakar Spices does not yet hold GACC registration, so we cannot ship commercial food consignments to China today. Importers can still contact us by email to discuss grades, specifications and timelines; Chinese labels would be arranged with your importer, with sea transit to Shanghai or Qingdao of about 15–25 days.
