Bibhakar Spices supplies H1 grade cassia cinnamon sticks from Idukki, Kerala, India. Cassia has thicker bark and a stronger, sweet-spicy flavour than Ceylon cinnamon, which makes it the standard cinnamon for baking, spice blends and food manufacturing. It is packed in Ghaziabad in PET jars from 10 g to 500 g, bulk packs of 5–40 kg or under your own label.

Bold cinnamon from Kerala’s high ranges
Cassia comes from the bark of Cinnamomum cassia. Its single thick layer of bark gives a hard stick and a strong, warm flavour that holds up in baking and long cooking.
Our cassia comes from Idukki in Kerala’s Western Ghats and is cleaned, graded and packed in Ghaziabad.

CASSIA CINNAMON FAQ
Buyer questions

Does cassia contain coumarin?Yes. Cassia naturally contains more coumarin than Ceylon cinnamon. Buyers in markets with coumarin limits for certain foods should choose the type that suits their product; we supply both.
